Terms of Service

By creating an account or using QuoteFast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QuoteFast is a web-based quoting tool that uses AI to help trade businesses create, send, and manage professional quotes. The service includes photo analysis, voice transcription, quote generation, PDF creation, and customer delivery.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteFast.
• Each account is for one person. Multi-user team access is not currently included.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse the AI features (e.g., sending non-job-related content for processing)
• Resell access to the service without written permission
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

• Free accounts have limited features and quotas as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor.
• Billing settings open the subscription portal, which shows the plan-management options available for your subscription.
• Any cancellation option and its effective date are shown in the subscription portal before confirmation.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

• You own your data. All quotes, customer information, pricebook items, and business data you enter into QuoteFast remains your intellectual property.
• We have a licence to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service.
• Current download tools include pricebook CSV files and individual quote PDFs. You can permanently delete your QuoteFast account and associated service data from Settings.

• QuoteFast uses AI to generate quote line items, descriptions, and pricing suggestions.
• AI output is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending to customers.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing or descriptions.
• Confidence indicators (green/amber/red) are provided to help you assess AI accuracy, but are not a guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• QuoteFast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content, pricing errors, or quote delivery failures.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

• QuoteFast, its logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Uptrail Pty Ltd.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Your business data and branding remain your property.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Except where urgent legal or security action is required, an operator-initiated deactivation receives human review, notice of the reason, and a reasonable data-export window. You may separately choose permanent self-service deletion from Settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
